Air entrainment meter 0.75 / 1 / 8 liters

Our bestseller is available in 3 sizes (0.75 / 1 / 8 liters) and uses the physical principle of the pressure equalization method to determine the air content in fresh concrete/fresh mortar. Our product is not only used in the test laboratory, but can also be found on every construction site due to its robust construction.

Our air entrainment meter is operated in a few simple steps: First, the test container is filled with fresh concrete/fresh mortar and pressurized with an air pump. The pressure drop of the air voids in the concrete is displayed on the analog manometer as a percentage air content value.

Our product meets the standard regulations for air content testers according to
EN 413, Part 2, DIN EN 459-2, DIN EN 1015-7, DIN EN 12350-7, ASTM C 231, Type B, BS1881 and GOST 10181.

Curing tank

Before the test cubes and test beams are tested for compression and bending strength, they must be stored in the curing tank with a prescribed water temperature of +20°C in accordance with the standards. It must be ensured that the concrete samples do not dry out and thus do not form cracks. Only in this way can a valid measurement result be obtained.

Our curing tanks suitable for construction sites are available in 3 versions (plastic, aluminium & stainless steel) and are equipped with robust carrying handles. The operation on the clearly arranged display is easy to handle and all important parameters are easy to read.

Our product meets the standard regulations for curing tanks according to
DIN 1048-5 and DIN EN 12390-2.

Vibrating table

For compacting fresh concrete in one or more test cube moulds at the same time.

Due to our wide range of designs, we cover application areas both for the construction site and for use in the test laboratory.

Flow table

The spread test is a method for determining the spread dimension, an important parameter for the consistency of fresh concrete.

Our spreading tables are available in a manual and electrical version. Both versions can be fully integrated into our laboratory furniture program.

Our product fulfills the standard regulations for flow tables according to
DIN EN 206 and DIN EN 12350-5.

Specimen cube modul

Many of our customers use our durable specimen cube moduls to produce concrete specimens in accordance with standards and then test the compressive strength of the concrete. Thanks to our diagonally separable, two-part design, the test specimen can be easily removed from the mold.
Due to our wide range of sample cube moulds, we cover a wide variety of sizes.

Our product fulfills the standard regulations for cube shapes according to DIN EN 12390-1.

Cylinder drilling core - grinding machine PSM4

For grinding uneven surfaces on specimens and paving stones made of concrete, asphalt, screed and natural stone. Shapes such as cubes, prisms or cylinders can be clamped without problems.
By grinding the surfaces, flat, parallel pressure surfaces are produced. This enables an even pressure distribution during the compressive strength test and a meaningful measurement result is achieved.

Our product meets the standard requirements for cylinder grinding machines according to
EN 12390-3 and EN 12504-1.

Pressure / splitting pull device for paving stones & concrete cylinders

With our pressure device, a concrete sample is loaded between the two opposite surfaces along the longitudinal axis until it breaks. A.From the maximum load and taking into account the sample size, the splitting tensile strength can be calculated in N / mm².

Our product complies with the standard regulations for printing devices according to
EN 1338 and EN 12390-6.

Pull off tester - ConfiTest 12 kN

With our ConfiTest 12 kN you test the adhesive tensile strength between the carrier material and the applied material (plaster, concrete, coatings, paints or varnishes).
During the construction, we placed special emphasis on easy handling - both on the wall and overhead. The exact test result can be easily read off the digital precision manometer. Our set contains the testing device including a test stamp.
Accessories, such as norm defined 2-component adhesive and further test stamps are also available from us.

Our product complies with the standard requirements for pull-off testing devices according to
ZTV-Sib (1990), ZTV-ING (2003), BEB-Merkblatt, DAfStb-Rili, DIN 1048 Part 2, EN 1542 (1999), EN 12618-2 (2004), EN 13395-4 (2002), EN 13892-8 (2003), SIA 2002.

Water impermeability tester

Concrete is impermeable to water only with the right composition and good compaction. Even if there is a lot of pressure on the concrete, as is the case with the Elbe tunnel, the water is only allowed to penetrate the concrete pores up to a certain limit.

With our specially developed water impermeability tester, the depth of water penetration into the concrete pores is measured and verified.
The concrete samples are firmly clamped between the clamping plates by means of a central spindle. Now several bar of water pressure are applied and held by the integrated rubber seal. After the end of the test, the amount of water that has penetrated is read off at each individual test point using measuring burettes.

Our product meets the standard requirements for water impermeability testers according to
EN 12390-8, DIN 1048, ISO 7031 and ENV 206.

Concrete testing machines

Compression testing machine

Our compression testing machine is used to determine the characteristic compressive strength and assignment of the compressive strength classes of concrete.
Compression tests are carried out on test specimens. Specimens in cube form with an edge length of max. 200mm, or as cylinders with a height of max. 300mm and a diameter of max. 150mm can be inserted into our machines.
In this test the concrete sample is placed on a hardened pressure plate and loaded manually or automatically until it breaks.

We also offer our compression testing machines in special design for larger specimens.

Our product meets the norms for compression testing machines according to
DIN EN ISO 7500-1, EN 12390-3, EN 12390-4, EN 12504-1, EN 206 and NEN 2876. according to DIN EN ISO 7500-1, EN 12390-3, EN 12390 -4 EN 12504-1, EN 206 and NEN 2876.

Bending testing machine

The bending test with our product is especially used for testing brittle materials.

Our testing machine consists of a bending device in which the specimen is placed as a bending beam between the two outer supports. The applied force as well as the deflection is measured by loading the specimen at 3 or 4 points at constant speed until it breaks or until the prescribed deformation is reached.

Our product fulfills the standard regulations for bending testing machines according to
EN ISO 7500-1, EN 12390-5, EN 1339, EN 1343 and EN 1344.

Fiber concrete testing machines

Fiber concrete is an extension of the artificial building material.
Synthetic fibres are added to the concrete during production, to improve the curing properties and thus the material properties.
For certain components, even conventional reinforcement can be replaced by the addition of plastic fibers. According to the requirements of the components, fiber concrete is produced in the ready-mixed concrete plant according to the respective situation and design criteria with the desired processing consistency. It can be pumped, compacted and cured without any problems if the concrete type is adapted.

With our innovative test line you can test your material samples for tensile, compressive and shear strength, but also for fracture and crack behavior.

Our product fulfills the standard regulations for fiber concrete testing machines according to
DIN EN ISO 7500-1, EN 12390-5, EN 1339, EN 1341 and EN 1344.
